This was a good article on dealing with creating trust in a digital repository program. Some of it focused on certification, à la TRAC, but the real meat in this one is how it deals with the obtaining trust from constituencies. One interesting point is that according to the author there are barriers built into our current “reward” systems, read p-and-t, that discourage submitting content to digital repositories.
