Recipe: Cold Brew Tea

Cold Brew Tea

This recipe is a work in progress for cold brew tea. You could sweeten this after brewing with simple sugar syrup. I’m currently working on a honey simple syrup.


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 6 -8 oz of water or one tea bag per 12 – 16 oz of water.
  • Water

Directions

  1. Measure out the appropriate amount of tea for your pitcher or brewing vessel
  2. Pour water and tea into the brewing vessel
  3. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for 6 – 12 hours
  4. Strain tea and serve
