Cold Brew Tea
This recipe is a work in progress for cold brew tea. You could sweeten this after brewing with simple sugar syrup. I’m currently working on a honey simple syrup.

- 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 6 -8 oz of water or one tea bag per 12 – 16 oz of water.
- Measure out the appropriate amount of tea for your pitcher or brewing vessel
- Pour water and tea into the brewing vessel
- Let sit covered in the refrigerator for 6 – 12 hours
- Strain tea and serve
